End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading these files, you agree to the following licensing terms. This document defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the videos, 3D models, 2D assets, and other products provided.

1. Standard Commercial License

This license is perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, and applies to all individual purchases unless otherwise stated.

Permitted Uses

  • Commercial & Personal Projects: Integration into video games, applications, films, advertisements, websites, or social media content.
  • Modification: You may modify, transform, or adapt the assets to fit your project.
  • Unlimited Projects: Use the assets in an unlimited number of end products owned by the purchaser.
  • Monetization: You may monetize the final product containing the asset (e.g., a game sold on Steam or a monetized YouTube video).

Prohibited Uses

  • Redistribution: It is strictly forbidden to resell, share, sub-license, or distribute the original or modified source files.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): The use of these assets for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models is strictly prohibited.
  • Competing Products: You may not sell these assets on any marketplace or stock site, even if modified.
  • Extraction: You must take reasonable steps to prevent end-users from extracting the original assets from your final product.

2. Proof of Purchase

The invoice or receipt generated by Gumroad or any other platform during the transaction serves as official proof of the license. Please retain this document.

3. Extended License (Optional)

Applicable only if the "Extended" or "Enterprise" option was selected at checkout.

This license removes certain restrictions of the Standard License:

  • Multi-user: Permitted for use by teams of more than 5 people or companies with more than 10 employees.
  • Large Scale Projects: Recommended for high-budget film productions or AAA game development.

4. Intellectual Property & Liability

The creator retains all copyrights. Purchasing this license grants a right to use, not a transfer of ownership. Assets are provided "as is," without any warranty of results after user modification.

5. Limitation of Liability

Assets are provided "as is". The creator shall not be held liable for any data loss or damages resulting from the use of these files.
