1. All Sales Are Final
Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all purchases are non‑refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Duplicate purchase of the same product
- Technical issues preventing access to the files, and the issue cannot be resolved by providing a replacement download
- Corrupted files that cannot be repaired or replaced
Requests outside these cases cannot be accepted.
3. No Refunds for the Following
Refunds will not be issued for:
- change of mind
- incorrect expectations about the content (detailed descriptions and previews are provided)
- incompatibility with your hardware or software
- failure to download the files before they expire (if applicable)
- misunderstanding of licensing terms
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, please contact the publisher with:
- your Gumroad receipt
- the email used for the purchase
- a description of the issue
Each request will be reviewed individually.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a breach of these terms.
We encourage buyers to contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly and professionally.
